They responded really quickly to my initial email enquiry, were able to send someone out within a couple of days to complete the checks and then arranged for the remedial work to be done within a week so we could get the certificate we needed. Lorraine was really helpful the whole way through, keeping me up to date with timings and was very clear on costs and what needed to be done at all stages.
